Position Description

  • Providing at all times an exceptional experience to deliver our Guests an “Oh What A Feeling” when engaging with our dealership and the Toyota Brand
  • Professional handling of Guest service and warranty repair enquiries and bookings, with quoting of Toyota Service Advantage Pricing
  • Following department procedures, including driveway service reception, repair order creation & closing off, job costing, recommending and quoting repair work, obtaining Guest approval, vehicle handover

Position Description

  • Providing at all times an exceptional experience to deliver our Guests an “Oh What A Feeling” when engaging with our dealership and the Toyota Brand
  • Professional handling of Guest service and warranty repair enquiries and bookings, with quoting of Toyota Service Advantage Pricing
  • Following department procedures, including driveway service reception, repair order creation & closing off, job costing, recommending and quoting repair work, obtaining Guest approval, vehicle handover
  • Estimating cost and time required to complete service work
  • Liason with the Night Foreman to ensure all repair work is carried out on time.
  • Maintaining high level of presentation of the service reception and Guest Facilities
  • Occasional travel required for product launch & training events
  • Keeping Guest relationship management systems updated, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Work Times

  • Monday to Friday, 2.30pm – 12.36am

Apprentice Motor Mechanic all stages


Required Skills & Experience

  • A great attitude and work ethic
  • Completion of an automotive course would be advantageous for the successful candidates
  • A drivers licence or in the short term future ability to obtain one
  • Must be able and willing to follow instruction
  • A good understanding of English and Mathematics
  • Are reliable & punctual
  • Be highly motivated & a self starter
  • Ability to follow dealership and Toyota Australia procedures consistently
  • Warm, professional and pleasant manner
  • Must have a genuine passion for the Automotive industry and have a basic understanding of Motor Vehicles

Work Times

  • Option of day or night shift providing flexible work arrangements
  • Day shift: Monday – Friday, 7.30 am to 3.51pm with 30 minute lunch break.
  • Night shift: Monday – Friday, 4.00pm to 12.06am with 30 minute dinner break, and includes shift loading, Woolloongabba only.
  • On occasion, flexibility to work overtime would be advantageous for the successful applicant.
